We had a wonderful experience with Trish. Let me tell you why: 1. Market Knowledge, when we initially interviewed Realtor®, the majority that we interviewed spoke in generalities. Trish provided us with a very specific analysis of our area which helped inform our pricing strategy. She also is an expert in staging, the end result were great looking pictures and a house that consistently showed to its full potential. 2. Communication when you're involved with a huge transaction like the sale of your home, it's critical that your collaborators are accessible and communicative about what's happening. Trish absolutely delivered there. While I know she is very busy both showing and listing, she made us feel like we were her only customers. There was never a moment where I felt like communication was lacking. 3. Advocacy when selling your home, you want someone who has your back. Trish zealously represented our best interests throughout the process and gave advice which was helpful, informed, and trustworthy. When our sale hit bumps in the road as many do Trish went the extra mile to help us understand why it was happening and helped us determine the best course of action. Her counsel throughout the process helped reduce our stress levels and now, with the benefit of hindsight, everything that she told us played out just as she suggested it might. I write this review with all sincerity in the hopes of helping people make a good decision on something that is a big decision, a choice in Realtor®. In a market where everyone and their brother has a Realtor's® license, it is so worthwhile to get a true professional and a true professional is what you get in Trish.
